ORDERING
How do I cancel my order?
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – We know you want to receive your package ASAP! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed at our warehouse. In case your order is already forwarded to the carrier, unfortunately, we can't cancel it, so it is important to contact us ASAP.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Affirm
Is my credit card information safe when I make a purchase?
Yes — all payment information is encrypted using SSL technology for your protection, and we do not store credit card details.
How do I use a promo code for my order?
You can enter your promo code on the checkout page — not in the cart. Just type it in where prompted during checkout.
Please note that:
- Only one promo code can be used per order.
- Promo codes may have certain exclusions, so be sure to review the promotion’s terms and conditions.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to past purchases, and we do not offer price adjustments.
Do you offer international shipping? Will I have to pay any customs duties or taxes?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you have an account with us, simply log in and go to the “My Orders” section to view your order history and status.
If you didn’t create an account at checkout — no problem! You can create one anytime using the same email address you used for your order.
We also send a confirmation email after you place your order, and another one with tracking info once it ships. If you don’t see these emails, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend the following:
- Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotion, or harsh chemicals.
- Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Store it in a dry, cool place — ideally in a pouch or box to prevent scratching or tarnishing.
- Use a soft cloth to gently clean your pieces and restore shine.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Our collection is made with high-quality natural gemstones, 14K and 24K gold-plated components over 925 sterling silver, and other carefully selected materials.
We focus on combining beauty with meaning — every stone is chosen for its energy, and every piece is handcrafted with intention.
Are the gemstones you use real?
Yes — we use genuine, natural gemstones in all of our pieces. Each stone is hand-selected for its beauty, energy, and unique character. Because they're natural, you may notice slight variations in color or pattern — that’s part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

How does domestic shipping work?
We offer shipping across the U.S. through USPS and UPS. All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, PST), excluding major holidays. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take an additional 1–2 business days to process.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
We offer FREE USPS First Class shipping on orders over $99.

USPS Priority Mail calculated at checkout 1–3 business days
UPS Ground calculated at checkout 1–5 business days
UPS 2 Day Air calculated at checkout 2 business days

*Orders must be placed by 11am PST for same-day dispatch with UPS Next Day Air.
Do you ship internationally? How are customs fees handled?
Yes — we ship worldwide! All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, PST), excluding major holidays. Shipping time begins once the order has been processed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.

Possible Delays
Once your package arrives in the destination country, it may experience customs clearance delays. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and not included in the original delivery estimate.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the return shipping cost.
Gifts
Please note: We are required by law to declare the full value of all international shipments, even if the order is a gift.
Will I be charged duty or tax fees on international orders?
Possibly — international orders may be subject to additional charges like import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on the regulations of your destination country.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel good about your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
- Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date.
- Returns postmarked after 14 days (but within 30 days) will be eligible for store credit only.
- Returns after 30 days will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process it.
To request a return, simply email us at pratityallc@gmail.com, and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Limited edition or sample sale pieces
- Gift boxes or packaging
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
How do I submit a return request?
It’s easy — just send us an email at pratityallc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and let us know you'd like to return an item.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful!)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
